Packed with flavour !!!

I can't believe I waited this long to try the Indonesian Tomato Sambal! It is packed with soooo much flavour. I had it on a sandwich that was bland and Tomato Sambal to the rescue!!! 🔥 wow wow wiiii it was that good! 😍😅 The OG Chilli Oil has always been my fave but now there's competition with the tomato sambal😅. I also added it to my aglio e olio and it was sooo yum! Can't wait to try it with other dishes! 😍😋

A must try!

I've always been a big fan of Curious Elephant sauces since I tried them back in 2020. Their latest sauce, Indonesian Tomato Sambal, is definitely on my top list of sauces to try. The citrus and sour flavours are great with any fish dish but my latest obsession is adding it on to my congee which reminds me of having Bubur Ayam (Balinese Congee).
