PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards which are processed by our secure payment gateway, Stripe, one of the world's leading payment gateways. Our website does not store your credit card details at any time. Simply add items to your basket then proceed through checkout where the payment will be securely processed by Stripe.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. They use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain the highest levels of security.
DELIVERY
**31st December 2024, please note a slight adjustment to our delivery schedule due to road closures in certain areas of Dubai.
If you reside in the following areas, please be aware that same day deliveries on December 31st cannot be guaranteed due to the road closures:
- Business Bay
- Downtown
- Trade Centre
- Palm Jumeirah
- Al Jadaaf
Orders received before 12pm noon (UAE time) can usually be dispatched for same day delivery.
Orders received after 12pm noon (UAE time) can usually be dispatched for next day delivery based on the delivery location as detailed below.
Delivery costs will be added on at checkout based on your delivery location.

We deliver to all Emirates within the UAE. For orders up to AED 110, the below delivery charges will be added at checkout. All orders over AED 110 qualify for free delivery.
