Air-Fried Elephants In Blankets
No elephants were harmed in this recipe! For those that are reading this, raising their eyebrows and wondering what on earth are Elephants In Blankets?! Well, we have created a Curious twist on the traditional Pigs In Blankets served in the UK and Ireland at Christmas lunch and often on Boxing Day. In the UK, they are traditionally pork sausages wrapped with bacon, or mini hot dog sausages wrapped in pastry in the US. Well, here at Curious Elephant HQ, our Elephants In Blankets are halal and made with tasty chicken sausages wrapped with quality veal bacon served with our Vietnamese Chilli Mayo combo - Yum!
Ingredients
- 500 grams mini chicken sausages
- 200 grams veal bacon
- Mayonnaise
- Vietnamese Chilli Sauce
- Olive Oil spray
Instructions
- Wrap each sausage with veal bacon and spray with olive oil
- Preheat your airfryer for 3 mins on 200 degrees celsius
- Cook for 10 minutes
- Serve with our Vietnamese Chilli Sauce and Mayonnaise mixed together
