Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese & Labneh Dip
A quick and easy dip for when you're entertaining friends and family at home. It's soft, creamy and fluffy - made a little more special with the addition of our Vietnamese Chilli Sauce. You can adjust the salmon flavour according to your taste.
Serves: 4 - 6
- 280 grams cream cheese
- 200 grams labneh
- 150 grams smoked salmon (leave some for garnish at the end)
- Vietnamese Chilli Sauce
- Chopped Spring Onion (garnish)
Vegetables & Bread
- Carrot sticks
- Cucumber sticks
- Gourmet crackers
- Toasted baguette
- Sliced radish
- Combine all the dip ingredients in the food processor and blitz until combined.
- Add salt or lemon to taste.
- Transfer into a bowl, garnish with chopped smoked salmon and spring onions.
- Serve with assorted vegetable sticks and bread/crackers.
