Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Chilli Bagel
A chilli twist on a classic bagel!
Ingredients
- 2 Seeded bagels
- 150g of smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 100g of cream cheese
- Half a sliced small red onion
- 1 avocado
- Curious Elephant Chinese Chilli Oil
Instructions
- Toast the bagel halves until golden brown
- Spread cream cheese evenly on the bottom side of each bagel
- Arrange the slices of smoked salmon evenly on top of the cream cheese with red onion, sprinkle over capers and finish off with a drizzle of the Chinese Chilli Oil
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately
- Optional: Add poached or fried eggs on top
